Terms of Services Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. provides organized and guided hospitality, picnic, trekking and catering services. The following terminology applied to these terms and conditions, Privacy statement and disclaimer notice, and any or all agreements. ”Clients” ” You” and “Yours” refers to “You”, The Person availing this services and accepting the companies terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to Beriom Hospitality Private Limited.

Booking and Payments All booking are subject to availability and confirmation by Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Booking amount should be paid at the time of confirmation i.e. 50% of total amount. Rest amount should be paid one day before the picnic date or on spot on arrival, non-payment of total amount will lead to automatically cancellation of this contract. Please refer our refund policy. Safety and Risk Any adventure/Sports Activity carry inherent risk, which are accepted by the participant upon booking. Participant must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. at The NatureLand. We strongly recommend that participant have comprehensive insurance policies for any risk at our spot. Liability Disclaimer Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. at The NatureLand is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events beyond our control. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Modification to services or terms We reserve the right to make changes to our services, prices and terms and conditions at any time without notice. Governing Law and dispute resolution These terms and conditions are governed by an construed in accordance with the law of Jharkhand, India Dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to executive jurisdiction of court of Jharkhand, India. 1. Guests are requested to keep the premises clean, not to spit anywhere around the premises. 2. Booking amount should be paid at the time of confirmation i.e. 50% of total amount. Please refer our refund policy. 3. If any damage happens to Property of Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. at The NatureLand, guest organization has to pay the concerned damage charges. 4. Sports item if broken while playing will result in paying charges for the same. 5. We have arrangement for basic wounds, any serious wound or fracture to any guest while sports activity will not be a responsibility of Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. at The NatureLand. 6. We are not responsible for loss of any of your valuables. Refund Policy Cancellation before 5 days from the date of picnic only is eligible for 100% refund. Note* All the sports equipment are available on hiring basis against security deposit i.e. refundable on returning of equipment. We will revert back with total estimated amount after receiving this form filled with correct details. Beriom Hospitality Pvt Ltd at Nature land is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events beyond our control Kids Below age of 10 years are only eligible for a discount of 50% on the price.
